Buy One, Give Two Ruby Cups!
If you were thinking of purchasing a menstrual cup for yourself or for a girl or woman in your life, right now is the perfect time!
Let us tell you why.
Menstrual Hygiene Day 2016 is a global platform that brings together non-profits, government agencies, the private sector, the media and individuals to promote Menstrual Hygiene Management. It raises awareness of the challenges women and girls worldwide face due to their menstruation and highlights solutions that address these challenges, including through media work.
In celebration of this Menstrual Hygiene Day on May 28th, Ruby Cup will donate not one, but two cups for girls in need, along with the implementation and educational support of their strategic partners, including WoMena.
Your donation counts double today.
These cups provide a hygienic and safe way for girls and women in developing countries to manage their own menstrual health, which allows them to avoid missing school or work due to periods for up to ten years.
Ruby has been a fantastic partner for WoMen. They also just donated 200 cups to Welthungerhilfe, one of Germany’s biggest private organisations for development and humanitarian aid, for their scale-up project after the pilot in the Moroto District of Uganda has proven to be successful.
We hope that you will take up this opportunity to make a huge difference in the lives of girls and women! The button below will link to the special Menstrual Hygiene Day 2016 page offered by Ruby Cup, where you will have the option to buy one and donate two, or just donate, if you’d prefer.
