With the support from the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition’s Innovation Fund WoMena is testing four innovative menstrual cup distribution models in Uganda. The different sales models take into consideration both low-income communities as well as higher-income clients.
Sixty-five promoters, community mobilizers and partner staff have been trained to date to sell menstrual cups in seven different locations in Uganda. The results from these novel, women-centred distribution models are currently being collated and will feed into a larger strategy for marketing methods.
